Weather Policy-2018 Camp

Bad Weather Policy:

Producing quality lacrosse education programs is our number one priority, however, weather can make the game of lacrosse dangerous.

Reaction Lacrosse Camps and clinics will aim to meet rain or shine but, in the rare instance of a thunderstorm and/or lightning during, or prior to, any outdoor lacrosse sessions, Reaction Lacrosse does reserve the right to cancel a camp or clinic session if the conditions are unsuitable and/or dangerous for reasonable lacrosse play.

If the forecast on the day of a given session clearly calls for thunderstorms and/or lightning before the start of a camp or clinic session, Reaction Lacrosse programs might be cancelled in advance of a camp or clinic session starting.

Determinations whether to cancel any session(s) will be made no more than two hours BEFORE a session starts.

Cancelation notices will be sent via email and a conspicuous update will be posted on the home page of ReactionLacrosse  no more than two hours BEFORE a session is to begin.

It is a good idea to check www.reactionlacrosse.com  for all weather related decisions on camp or clinic sessions.

There are no refunds or prorates for camp or clinic days that are cancelled.

If more than half of a camp or clinic program is cancelled due to the weather, then a half tuition refund will be issued to all registrants. If less than half of a program is cancelled, then no refund will be issued.

We would much rather be on the field coaching and learning but, unfortunately, the weather is out of our control.

Thanks for your support of Reaction Lacrosse.
